Introduction session

Why participating in any of willow tree wellbeing limited  sessions or courses there is a possibility that it may not be suitable for you. If this happens, please contact us on our email addresses. As Refunds will not be applicable after your introductory session. From this point on, you will be required to pay for every session you have booked in full

session and course

Why you are with willow tree wellbeing limited there are certain expectations which will not be acceptable. If you fail to comply with these expectations, Willow Tree Wellbeing Limited has the right to prevent you from participating in any courses or sessions we provide. This is done to protect the confidentiality and safety of our staff members. Willow Tree Wellbeing Limited has this right because of a breach of confidentiality or safety to themselves or others within both settings. As a mental health provider, Willow Tree Wellbeing Limited has a duty of care to inform the appropriate individuals if anything that is said or done during any course or sessions we provide is about something that will break the law, harm someone or themselves, or violate these rules. Willow Tree Wellbeing Limited has the right to follow the guidelines set out in UK law to report this to the relevant authority or remove you for unacceptable behaviour. This action will also result in no money refund

Flexible branch collection 

Upon purchasing any of our flexible branch collection products, we offer a 14-day refund policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your download PDF item, please contact Willow Tree Wellbeing Limited via email with your proof of purchase. We will then inquire about any issues you may have with the flexible branch collection and try resolving any problems as soon as possible.
