This is the third part of our deep root mental health sessions, but it doesn’t mean you have to complete all three courses simultaneously. We’ve designed all courses to be worked on at your own pace, whenever you feel ready to acquire the skills and tools you need. The structure is flexible to suit your preferences.
In this session, we’ll explore different ways to help you manage your daily experiences. This will provide you with new information to guide you on a better path to plan for the future and learn from the past.
Within this course, you’ll pay for four PDF worksheets and one-on-one talking therapy sessions, one per week, for five consecutive weeks. One of these sessions will be an introduction week where you can meet your therapist and discuss any information they may need to know. Each one-on-one session will also help you develop a solid understanding of what helps and what doesn’t. This knowledge can provide valuable information to assist you in developing essential skills for personal growth.
