There are two parts to the deep roots sessions, but this doesn’t mean you have to complete both courses simultaneously. We’ve developed both courses to be worked on at your own pace, whenever you feel ready to acquire the skills and tools you need. Both courses are structured to work together seamlessly.
Within this course you will pay for 8 PDF worksheets with talking therapy sessions one a week for 11 consecutive weeks.Additionally 3 of the 11 week will be review sessions where you can work on and review the aspects that are working or not. By the time you finish, you’ll have a solid understanding of what helps and what doesn’t. The first part of this course is designed over 11 weeks and employs a variety of techniques to help you gain insights into the brain and your thought patterns. This knowledge can provide valuable information to assist you in developing essential skills for personal growth
